I. Consulting: Wedding planner’s assessment responding to every client’s question based on the area or areas where they need help. Creating ideas for the wedding, confirming or suggesting suppliers and locations, helping for the customer to think about everything and do not forget about something. Professional service fee: $152 USD (one hundred fifty two dollars)

Includes: Unlimited assessment through e-mail. (If the customer requests for a video chat / phone assessment it must be requested in advance to program such activity), Assistance with budgets and balances as needed. Discussing about themes, colors, and styles for wedding’s design. Research of wedding professionals (suppliers) for each needed category according to the wedding’s style and budget, as well as helping with suggestions and guide to make a final decision.

Site inspections


II. Site inspections: Wedding planner will go with the client to the site inspection of the place (or possible places) where the wedding will take place (possible places where the wedding might take place and looking at the hotel where the wedding group might stay as well ) 3 hours minimum, $ 18 USD per hour.

Menu tasting


III. Menu tasting: Scheduling menu tastings and meetings with F&B suppliers, stepping ahead all the information regarding the wedding’s concept, preferences and restrictions, as well as the bride and groom’s profile to the supplier. Professional service fee $ 13 USD (Thirteen dollars), minimum 3 hours.

Rehearsal Diner


IV. Rehearsal Diner: As in every destination wedding, one of the first important activities of the wedding planner is to actually organize and coordinate a “rehearsal diner” during which the important people who have a key role in the event. Coordination day


V. Coordination day: it is wedding planner’s responsibility to create a detailed time line, contacting suppliers in order to give them formal indications and checking with the contracted suppliers that they actually provide all contracted services. It is wedding planner’s responsibility being at the location on the wedding day and make sure that every detail is taking place just as desired by the couple. During the ceremony and reception, it is wedding planner’s responsibility that everything works without a problem. Professional service fee $ 757 USD(Seven hundred fifty-seven dollars). Including the main coordinator and 2 staff members, considering that depending on the number of guests the staff members may increase.
